In Vietnam, the debut procedure occurred on June 18 at Lac Viet Friendship Hospital, where Dr. Dinh Xuan Ha treated a benign thyroid nodule. Shortly before this, on June 15, Dr. Eduardo Houghton performed a liver ablation in Argentina at the Hospital General de Agudos Bernardino Rivadavia in Buenos Aires. Both surgeries utilized the company's specialized needle-like applicators to target tissue using thermal energy under ultrasound guidance.
