StrategIQ Commerce provides real-time data solutions for supply chain management, catering to blue-chip enterprise clients with auditing, KPI reporting, and carrier monitoring services. By joining forces with Loop, the company aims to scale its AI-enabled optimization tools across the broader freight and parcel shipment ecosystem.

Shane McDaniel, Managing Director of Mesirow Investment Banking, noted that the acquisition aligns with Loop's vision for logistics automation. Jonathan Shaver, founder and CEO of StrategIQ, credited the firm’s strategic execution for the successful transition. This deal continues a streak of technology and services transactions for Mesirow, which has completed over 350 deals in recent years.
