The project represents a significant bet on the Savannah market, fueled by over $10 million in pre-development funding. Managing Partner Marc Weil of Manor Park Ventures highlighted the years of disciplined preparation required to secure the site. The development serves as a strategic response to the region’s tightening supply and aggressive job growth, anchored by major industrial players like the Hyundai Metaplant, Gulfstream Aerospace, and the Port of Savannah.
Designed with a resort-style focus, the community will feature amenities ranging from pickleball courts and coworking spaces to EV charging stations. Summit Contracting Group, ranked as the nation’s top multifamily general contractor by the NMHC, is overseeing the build. With stabilized occupancy projected for early 2029, the developers aim to capitalize on an area that has seen nearly 18,000 new jobs announced in the past year alone.
