While the name on the building has changed, the underlying operations remain untouched. The facility, located at 555 FM 1960 West, continues to function with the same staff, repair expertise, and management team that served the community under its previous title. According to the company, this alignment is designed to provide customers with a clearer connection to the firm’s broader national platform, which includes 32 collision centers across its U.S. and U.K. operations.
Rodney Crow, General Manager of Group 1 Chevrolet Spring, emphasized that the shift is intended to reduce consumer anxiety during the repair process. By leveraging the scale and standardized procedures of the international automotive retailer, the center aims to offer more consistent service, from initial damage estimates to final vehicle delivery. The facility continues to support drivers across Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball, maintaining the local relationships established during its years as a Sterling McCall location.
