Altus Management Group Appoints TJ Stewart as Property Management Director

Stewart’s career path began in frontline property operations, covering leasing, maintenance, and resident relations before moving into corporate leadership. Her expertise centers on building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across multifamily assets. At Altus, she will spearhead talent development and performance optimization while focusing on the firm’s commitment to resident and client experience.

Stewart, who holds a business and marketing background from West Texas A&M University, assumes the role immediately. She will be based in the company’s Austin office, supporting the broader Altus Equity Group platform as it scales its national multifamily and industrial investments.
