Backing the round is s16vc, a fund supported by the founders of Miro, Datadog, and Intercom, alongside Antler and operators from companies like Shopify and Postman. Aleks Shamis, managing partner at s16vc, cited the founders' rapid iteration speed as a primary driver for the investment. Nudge will direct the new capital toward expanding its engineering and go-to-market teams, while deepening integrations with commerce-specific agent protocols.
