At Maximus, Garrison oversees complex operations ranging from clinical supply chain management to the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning within federal health systems. Her professional background includes a PhD in Health Sciences from Walden University and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the Air War College. During her time in military-adjacent research, she led a team of six colonels in authoring a definitive study on medical support within chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear contested environments.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she maintains active memberships in the American College of Healthcare Executives and the International Agency of Emergency Management. Her dedication extends to community service as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, where she serves on the District Advancement Committee. Garrison attributes much of her professional philosophy to the influence of her husband, retired Lieutenant Colonel Greg J. Garrison, and remains focused on advancing corporate strategies rooted in team-based, servant leadership.
