Ellington brings a career defined by complex project oversight to the firm, having previously managed consulting services for major clients such as AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and ViaSat Corporation. His track record includes directing the Regent’s Construction Inspector program for the University System of Georgia and managing the renovation of Boston’s Longwood Towers. Throughout his career, he has led consulting efforts on projects valued at more than $800 million.
In his new role, Ellington will focus on construction risk management, including constructability assessments, budget reviews, and contract analysis. Managing Director Daniel Knopman noted that Ellington’s deep background in project oversight serves as a strategic addition to the firm’s advisory team. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Ellington joins an organization that currently influences approximately one in five commercial real estate transactions across the United States.
