Knights Knation Joins CURVE Sports to Scale Youth Baseball Development

Knights Knation, a nationally prominent youth baseball organization founded by former MLB pitcher Jack Cressend, has joined the CURVE Sports platform. This alignment integrates the Louisiana-based club into a broader operating ecosystem, providing Cressend’s team with advanced performance data and administrative infrastructure while preserving their independent leadership and culture.

Since 2007, Knights Knation has established a reputation for player development, helping over 1,000 athletes reach the collegiate level and producing more than 100 MLB Draft selections. By joining the CURVE Sports platform, the organization gains access to the Allegiance membership ecosystem, the CURVE Test performance assessment tools, and centralized administrative services. These resources are designed to bolster the club's existing operations without imposing centralized control or altering its core philosophy.

Sandy Ogg, CEO of CURVE Sports, emphasized that the partnership seeks to support established leaders rather than replace them. The collaboration reinforces the shared "Test. Train. Compete. Recruit." philosophy, allowing the organization to maintain its signature "#4L"—Knights 4 Life—approach to athlete growth. This move is backed by Weatherford Capital, which aims to provide the long-term capital necessary for organizations like Knights Knation to expand their reach in a fragmented youth sports market. Despite the new partnership, the day-to-day operations and coaching standards in Mandeville and across their affiliate network remain unchanged.
