Her background includes steering major liquidity events, notably leading the SPAC merger of Rover Group that resulted in a $1.3 billion valuation and its eventual $2.3 billion acquisition by Blackstone. She currently holds board seats at Getty Images and Babylist, where she also oversees audit functions.

Knox, who holds an MBA from the University of Washington, views the company’s focus on securing AI agents and complex device landscapes as a critical technological frontier.
