Tracy Knox Joins JumpCloud Board to Lead Audit Committee

Knox brings a track record of financial leadership, having served as a public company CFO three times before shifting her focus to board service in 2022. Her background includes steering major liquidity events, notably leading the SPAC merger of Rover Group that resulted in a $1.3 billion valuation and its eventual $2.3 billion acquisition by Blackstone. She currently holds board seats at Getty Images and Babylist, where she also oversees audit functions.

CEO Rajat Bhargava stated that Knox’s expertise in governance and profitability is essential as JumpCloud expands its AI-powered IT management platform. Knox, who holds an MBA from the University of Washington, views the company’s focus on securing AI agents and complex device landscapes as a critical technological frontier. Her appointment follows a career defined by managing capital markets readiness and international scaling for e-commerce and marketplace businesses.
