The Courtyard Apartments, situated at 2046 N. Shiloh Road, is currently operating as a stabilized asset with active cash flow. The firm is positioning the offering toward accredited investors, particularly those navigating 1031 exchanges or seeking to deploy fresh capital into a market supported by 400,000 jobs within a 30-minute commute. The project features a fixed-interest loan of 4.97% and a projected cash-on-cash return of 7.65% by the fifth year of a planned hold period.
