Ezurio Taps Veteran Financier Isaac Lund for CFO Role

With over two decades of experience navigating private equity-backed ventures and complex corporate mergers, Isaac Lund has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Ezurio. The Akron-based connectivity and compute firm expects his arrival to sharpen its financial strategy and accelerate growth across its specialized industrial and medical IoT divisions.

Lund joins the company immediately, bringing a resume that spans the healthcare, transportation, and business services sectors. His most recent tenure included a stint as CFO at Titan Security Group, following a leadership role at Ohio Medical. During his time as VP of Corporate Development at National Express LLC, Lund managed a program that executed more than 30 acquisitions, totaling over $625 million in combined value.

At Ezurio, he will work closely with CEO Mark Pugerude to oversee the firm’s financial operations and scale its market presence. Pugerude noted that Lund’s background in high-stakes M&A and building finance teams positions the company for its next phase of development. A Certified Public Accountant, Lund holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
