Ingraham brings over a decade of executive experience to the role, having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Go2 Logistics and CEO of Smith Transportation Services. His background includes leadership stints at AFC Logistics and XPO Logistics, where he focused on scaling revenue and enhancing operational infrastructure. The appointment signals a strategic move by CIVC Partners, the private equity firm that holds OTR in its portfolio, to accelerate growth for the middle-market carrier.
Tim Ryan, who maintains his position as President, emphasized that Ingraham’s customer-focused approach aligns with the company’s core mission. Founded in 2015 by Jonathan Braun, the Chicago-based freight brokerage specializes in temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the food and beverage industry. Ingraham stated that his decision to join the firm was driven by its reputation for service reliability and execution in complex freight markets.
