Wolpert Insurance Agency built its reputation over nearly seven decades, serving thousands of families and businesses across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The firm distinguishes itself through niche expertise in transportation-related policies, including limousine and bobtail insurance. Principals Mike Wolpert and Bob Mucci emphasized that the agency’s long-term client retention stems from a personalized, relationship-focused approach to risk management.

For World Insurance Associates, the move is a strategic play to deepen its regional presence. Rich Eknoian, Executive Chairman and founder of the Iselin-based company, noted that Wolpert’s focus on customer service mirrors his own organization's priorities. The transaction, for which terms were not disclosed, involved legal counsel from Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla for the buyer, and Fletcher Tilton PC for the seller, with BH Burke & Co. advising Wolpert.
