The new interface replaces the company’s previous spreadsheet-based system, expanding capacity to accommodate households of up to four people. Users can manually log their card portfolios and monitor point balances across major airline and hotel loyalty programs. The dashboard features visual alerts, flagging benefits in orange when they expire within 30 days and red when they reach the two-week mark. By tracking usage against annual fees, the system provides a clear view of whether a card is paying for itself.
Co-founder Nick Serati noted that the complexity of modern travel rewards often turns benefit management into a secondary occupation for frequent flyers. To address privacy concerns, the platform avoids direct bank integrations, requiring no login credentials, credit scores, or card numbers. Instead, users manually select their cards and check off utilized perks. The service is available to anyone who creates an account, with existing subscribers accessing the feature through their current credentials.
