Celebrus Launches AI Analytics Tool for Private Cloud Environments

Enterprise teams can now query real-time customer behavioral data using natural language through existing AI interfaces like ChatGPT and Claude. The new Celebrus AI platform operates entirely within a company's virtual private cloud, ensuring sensitive identity-resolved data remains under internal governance while eliminating reliance on traditional data analyst queues.

The platform connects to LLMs via the Celebrus Operations Server, allowing users to extract insights from first-party data without the information ever leaving their secure environment. By integrating with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, the system bypasses the need for manual SQL queries or complex dashboarding, providing consistent answers grounded in the company's own verified data model.

Celebrus CEO Bill Bruno emphasized that the tool addresses long-standing industry frustrations regarding fragmented profiles and delayed data insights. Unlike standard AI implementations that often struggle with incomplete or stale information, this system utilizes the company’s established 26-year-old framework for capturing millisecond-latency behavioral signals. This approach covers the entire customer journey—including anonymous and pre-login visitors—which are typically invisible to standard marketing stacks.

Security remains a primary focus, particularly for clients in sectors like banking and healthcare. Because the deployment is LLM-agnostic and fully managed within a single-tenant VPC, organizations maintain control over their data governance. Every query is schema-validated and auditable, allowing businesses to investigate conversion drops or customer abandonment patterns without compromising privacy compliance or data sovereignty.
