Insight Global Establishes Capability Center in Bogotá

The Bogotá team currently supports a diverse array of corporate, client, and consultant delivery services. With more than 1,500 personnel already active on projects throughout the region, the company intends for this center to maintain the service standards established across its global network. Chris Abbeduto, Vice President of Global Operations, described the move as a strategic response to the surging demand for nearshore capabilities, citing Colombia's robust talent pool and geographical alignment with U.S. business hours as primary drivers for the site selection.

Following a year of planning, the initiative integrates a fully bilingual workforce into the company’s existing corporate systems and training protocols. This expansion supports a broader footprint that spans 40 countries, where Insight Global manages nearly 40,000 employees providing staffing, consulting, and AI-driven solutions to over 3,200 clients worldwide.
