The expansion arrives as distributors increasingly outgrow manual spreadsheets and legacy billing systems. By ingesting financial data directly from hyperscalers, the new module automates contract-aware pricing and invoice generation. This functionality aims to eliminate revenue leakage and the administrative burden of manual credit and rebill cycles, allowing partners to scale their operations without increasing headcount.
This platform upgrade builds on the company’s strategic alliance with Ingram Micro, which began in November 2025 to bring cloud intelligence to thousands of AWS partners. For firms like MiCloud, which provides infrastructure to Michigan school districts, the tool offers a way to maintain transparent, accurate billing for taxpayer-funded services. CEO Vadim Solovey noted that the demand for these features stemmed directly from partners struggling to protect margins amidst the growing complexity of multi-cloud environments.
