AIRA Names Seven New Distinguished Fellows for 2026

The designation is reserved for members who have demonstrated exceptional excellence in practice while leaving a lasting imprint on the industry. These honorees have acted as key educators, board members, and contributors to professional organizations including the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Their work spans the development of CIRA and CDBV certification programs, as well as extensive publishing and conference advocacy.

The 2026 class includes Eric A.W. Danner of CohnReznick LLP, Eric Kerwood, and Howard Magaliff of R3M Law, LLP. They are joined by Clare Moylan of Gibbins Advisors, Barbara M. Smith of Barbara M.
