Jordan Calaguire Tapped as Quarterra Chief Investment Officer

With two decades of experience spanning hospitality, industrial, and multifamily sectors, Jordan Calaguire joins Charlotte-based developer Quarterra as its new Chief Investment Officer. He takes the helm of the firm’s capital strategy and portfolio performance at a moment when the company aims to scale its national residential pipeline.

CEO Brad Greiwe noted that Calaguire’s background, which includes a tenure at Kasa Inc. and a long-standing role as Principal at Walton Street Capital, aligns with the firm’s push for optimized capital deployment. During his time at Walton Street, Calaguire oversaw more than $5 billion in acquisitions, developments, and credit activities, a track record Quarterra intends to leverage as it expands its Emblem community brand.

Calaguire enters the role tasked with managing investor relations and overall capital allocation across the firm’s footprint. Beyond his work at Kasa, where he sat on the executive committee, his professional history includes diverse asset classes that the firm views as essential for navigating current market conditions. He holds degrees from Cornell University and Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
