Jysk expands Vusion partnership to digitize 2,500 European stores

European home furnishing retailer Jysk is accelerating its digital transformation by scaling its long-standing partnership with Vusion. The agreement focuses on upgrading electronic shelf labels and migrating legacy systems to the cloud, aiming to cover approximately 2,500 retail locations across the Nordic, DACH, and Benelux regions by 2027.

The initiative involves a significant technological overhaul, starting with the modernization of labels in 450 existing Nordic stores and a new deployment across 750 additional European sites. Central to this transition is the move of Jysk’s on-premise infrastructure to VusionCloud, a shift designed to provide the scalability and flexibility required for large-scale retail operations.

Carsten Nørgreen Weinkouff, Jysk’s Executive Vice President for Retail Development, noted that the decade-long relationship with Vusion remains a cornerstone of the retailer's omnichannel strategy. By integrating advanced cloud platforms, the company intends to refine its internal efficiency while preparing for future retail innovations. Sébastien Fourcy, SEVP EMEA at Vusion, emphasized that this migration provides Jysk with a robust, cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting complex demands across thousands of stores.
