Texas-based management firm IntraCare has rebranded its clinical research division as CareOn, signaling a push to expand its footprint in patient-focused medical trials. The move follows the division's success in supporting global recruitment efforts for Sanofi’s ATLAS clinical trials, positioning the organization for national competition.

The rebranding effort includes a new digital portal designed to connect sponsors, healthcare partners, and potential trial participants. According to Sameer Ahmed, Director of Research, the shift reflects the maturity of a program that has spent years building the infrastructure necessary to reach historically underserved populations. The division previously operated under the IntraCare Clinical banner.

Founder and CEO Anwar Kazi emphasized that the new identity supports the company's broader expansion strategy across Texas and Arizona. While the firm scales its integrated platform, CareOn remains focused on maintaining high-performance site networks. The organization currently operates two active research facilities in Dallas and Greenville, with a third location slated to open soon. These sites are staffed by medical investigators overseeing the full lifecycle of clinical studies, from initial recruitment to regulatory compliance.

Since its inception as an MSO in 2022, IntraCare has grown to support 91 partnered and 425 affiliated primary care providers. By establishing CareOn as a distinct entity, the company aims to solidify its role as a bridge between biopharma sponsors and diverse patient communities.
