The company’s flagship platform, TeamViewer ONE, serves as the technical foundation for this shift, consolidating remote support, endpoint management, and digital experience oversight into a single data architecture. By integrating these functions, the platform aims to bridge the gap between identifying system anomalies and executing autonomous remediation across diverse IT environments.

AI integration remains the primary driver of this evolution, spearheaded by the company’s intelligent agent, Tia. The tool assists IT departments by generating scripts on demand and navigating multi-step troubleshooting processes to minimize manual intervention. During the recent Gartner Digital Workplace Summit in London, TeamViewer demonstrated new AI-powered scripting features that allow support teams to convert successful resolutions into repeatable automations.

Chief Product and Technology Officer Mei Dent noted that the designation serves as validation for the company’s push toward Autonomous Endpoint Management. With 620,000 customers globally and 2025 revenues reaching approximately EUR 768 million, TeamViewer continues to position its software as a primary tool for reducing digital friction and operational downtime in hybrid work environments.
