The transition from the Parkville underground to the Northland district follows a period of rapid expansion for the Kansas City-based firm. With backing from M33 Growth and an expanded workforce of over 90 employees across 13 states, the company required a facility tailored for in-person collaboration. CEO Derek Slayton noted that the previous site, while functional for years, could no longer accommodate the company's trajectory. The new fourth-floor office features specialized huddle rooms and a training center capable of seating 87 people, designed to mirror the collaborative nature of the restaurant operations the company serves.
Beyond functional workspace, the office pays homage to its local roots. Conference rooms carry the names of Kansas City landmarks, including Union Station and Boulevard, serving as a nod to the company’s 25-year history in the region. This headquarters serves as the physical anchor for Rosnet’s ongoing return-to-office initiative, which encourages face-to-face problem solving among staff. The company plans to host a formal grand opening on October 15, 2026, inviting partners and media to tour the facility and engage with the team behind its suite of food and labor management tools.
