Andrew Beckman, head of Future Standard’s Global Credit business and portfolio manager for the fund, stated that the decision reflects a disciplined, long-term management strategy designed to offer income-focused investors greater consistency. The payouts are slated for October 30, November 30, and December 31, 2026, respectively.
As of September 30, 2026, the fund reported an annualized distribution yield of 10.1% based on its net asset value, reaching 15.4% when calculated against market price. While the fund—which manages approximately $1.9 billion in assets—focuses on event-driven credit and private capital solutions, leadership cautioned that future distributions remain subject to board discretion and legal conditions. Shareholders are advised that these payments do not necessarily reflect the fund’s overall investment performance, and tax-related details will be finalized via Form 1099-DIV at year-end.
