The integration combines MontanaSky’s 33-year history in the region with Vero Fiber’s capital-intensive approach to network development. By merging operations, the entity gains the capacity to invest more aggressively in fiber-to-the-premises infrastructure, targeting schools, businesses, and rural homes that currently lack high-speed access.
Sunita Krishna, CEO of Vero Fiber, emphasized that the move brings the necessary scale to improve customer experience without sacrificing the community-focused reputation MontanaSky cultivated since 1993. Ryan Bowman, CEO of MontanaSky, noted that the partnership allows for more reliable service offerings and expanded connectivity options for residents in Kalispell, Libby, and the broader Flathead Valley. The combined organization remains headquartered in the region, focusing on long-term economic development through digital infrastructure.
