The initiative addresses a critical shift in the labor market, where proficiency in big data and AI has become a primary driver of competitiveness. By shifting the focus from viewing AI as a standalone tool to treating it as an integrated operating model, the partnership aims to foster "hybrid intelligence"—the synthesis of human ingenuity and machine capability.
Starting this fall, the program will launch with a series of hands-on workshops, including sessions on personal AI strategy and enterprise-level agentic AI. These courses are designed to move beyond theory, providing professionals with actionable playbooks to navigate the evolving technological landscape. Dorri McWhorter, President and CEO of the Executives' Club, noted that the goal is to empower members to turn rapid business changes into tangible opportunities. EX3 CEO Adam Wisniewski emphasized that the most successful organizations are those currently learning to operate as a single system, combining human leadership with AI-driven velocity.
