Contour Airlines Adds Dallas-Fort Worth Route from Muscle Shoals

The expansion introduces five weekly round trips between Muscle Shoals and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Airport Director Barry Griffith noted that the addition aims to boost regional passenger traffic and provide seamless American Airlines connections for local business and leisure travelers. Contour will deploy its 30-seat regional jets for the flights, which feature expanded legroom and complimentary onboard service.

Contour President Ben Munson emphasized that the move strengthens the airline’s commitment to the Shoals region by opening access to a major national aviation hub. While the flight schedule to Dallas-Fort Worth operates on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday cycle for departures, the airline maintains its daily nonstop service to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Tickets for the new service are currently available via the carrier's website and authorized travel agencies.
