Tokyo Hosts Climate Forum to Bridge Local Action and Global Policy

By operating as a Town Hall COP, the event functions as a conduit for local governments to feed urban-level climate strategies directly into the UNFCCC framework through ICLEI, which acts as the official focal point for the Local Governments and Municipal Authorities constituency.
