The refinancing provides RideNow with significant financial runway, effectively eliminating near-term maturity risks. CEO Michael Quartieri noted that the deal reflects the company's underlying trajectory and provides the flexibility needed to execute long-term growth initiatives. The company is currently in advanced negotiations with Wells Fargo Bank for an additional $50 million senior secured ABL facility, which is expected to lower the overall cost of capital by replacing the existing floorplan financing arrangement.
This shift arrives as RideNow concludes a period of internal transformation marked by the adoption of its Clear Price model. While the transition to FTC-compliant pricing impacted August results, management believes the streamlined balance sheet positions the firm for improved operational performance. Alongside the debt restructuring, the company expanded its footprint with a recent tuck-in acquisition of a Can-Am and Sea-Doo dealer in Tallahassee, Florida.
