His promotion arrives during a period of sustained expansion for the business, which recently integrated the acquisition of CRO Software into its portfolio.
Curran expressed confidence in the transition, noting that the two have collaborated closely during the company’s recent scaling phase. For his part, DePaolis plans to maintain a focus on simplifying digital tools for the construction and site service sectors. The company currently serves clients across North America, Europe, and Australia, providing specialized software for trades ranging from crane operations to waste management. Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Matthew Bullis highlighted that the change ensures both continuity in leadership and a stable foundation for the next chapter of the firm’s development.
