McNees Wallace & Nurick Launches Commercialization Firm Ryepeck Ventures

Ryepeck Ventures functions as a multi-disciplinary support system for entrepreneurs and established organizations. The firm operates through three primary channels: a venture studio for launching intellectual property, fractional C-suite leadership placement, and high-level management consulting. By integrating these services, the new entity intends to provide the business judgment and operational oversight necessary to navigate the commercialization race.

Geoffrey White, formerly of the firm's Intellectual Property Group, brings extensive experience from roles at Advanced Construction Robotics and SilcoTek Corporation. He is joined by Walt Vester, an alumnus of Boston Consulting Group and Blackstone’s Private Equity Group. Their combined expertise allows Ryepeck to assist clients in strengthening internal operations while simultaneously increasing the market value of their patent portfolios and investment potential. This launch complements McNees’ existing network of affiliated service providers, which already spans public relations, human resources, and government affairs.
