By analyzing how mobile ordering, payment systems, and data platforms connect, the study aims to identify friction points that hinder revenue or inflate costs. The findings serve as a diagnostic tool for executives, highlighting where fragmented technology may prevent the integration of AI-driven automation.
ResultStack, a team comprised of former convenience retail technology leaders, designed the framework to provide retailers with actionable insights rather than simple vanity metrics. During the NACS 2026 event, scheduled for October 7–9 in Las Vegas, participating brands can access private, 15-minute reviews of their performance. These sessions will outline specific areas for infrastructure investment and provide a roadmap for long-term digital competitiveness.
