During his eight-year tenure at Frontline Management AS, he oversaw complex technical strategies, ESG initiatives, and large-scale shipbuilding programs across South Korea and China. His resume includes senior roles at A.P. Moller–Maersk and Höegh, alongside current board positions at Northern Ocean and Archer.
The transition coincides with a period of operational focus for Paratus. The company currently holds a 50% interest in Seagems, which manages a fleet of six multi-purpose pipe-laying support vessels under active contracts in Brazil. The board aims to leverage Pedersen’s expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and artificial intelligence to navigate the company's ongoing investment strategy.
