Beroe launches AI analyst to automate procurement sourcing

Procurement teams often spend hours stitching together disparate data to justify sourcing decisions, but a new tool from Beroe aims to collapse that timeline. The company has unveiled Beroe abi, an agentic, conversation-first digital analyst designed to synthesize millions of validated data points into immediate, defensible sourcing answers.

Beroe abi represents a fundamental shift from the company’s previous platform, Beroe Live.ai. While the earlier iteration required users to navigate complex modules and manually interpret data, the new interface functions as a conversational partner. It processes queries across six core domains—including category, supplier, commodity, cost, macro, and risk—to deliver a single, synthesized response. If internal data gaps exist, the system can perform targeted web searches, always maintaining transparency by citing methodologies and sources.

Built on two decades of proprietary data, the foundation includes more than 30 million validated data points derived from over a billion raw signals and insights from 10,000 procurement professionals. Founder and CEO Vel Dhinagaravel emphasized that the tool is designed to provide actionable intelligence in minutes, allowing managers to maintain supply continuity and protect margins despite market volatility. When complex situations require human nuance, the platform bridges the gap to Beroe VOX, a network of over 5,000 analysts and category specialists.

Early adopters will gain access to the platform in mid-November 2026, with a phased rollout for existing customers beginning in January 2027. Beroe intends to showcase the technology live at the upcoming DPW Amsterdam event.
