Evoto 8.0 Launches Creator Marketplace with $500,000 Reward Pool

The latest release expands the platform’s reach across its desktop, mobile, and video applications. A primary addition is the Asset Hub, a marketplace allowing professional photographers to sell their own presets, AI looks, and backgrounds. Creators retain ownership of their work and receive 60 percent of net sales, with the company offering an initial $500,000 incentive program to drive early adoption through the end of 2026.

Technological refinements in 8.0 focus on integrating complex tasks into existing professional pipelines. Evoto Video now features portrait retouching capabilities that function within DaVinci Resolve, allowing editors to adjust skin tones and facial features without leaving their editing timeline. For high-volume photographers, the update introduces story-based culling, which organizes images into narrative chapters rather than relying on raw capture order. Additional desktop enhancements include precision tools for removing blemishes, shadows, and clothing moiré while maintaining image texture. The company, which now supports over 1.2 million photographers across 200 countries, continues to emphasize that these AI-driven features are designed to accelerate production speed without overriding the photographer's creative judgment.
