Inland Empire Health Plan Secures Four-Star NCQA Medicaid Rating

The rating evaluates health plans across a spectrum of clinical and administrative metrics. According to IEHP leadership, the achievement rests on three pillars: provider support systems, direct member engagement, and internal operational efficiency. The organization currently serves 1.4 million residents across San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

As the plan celebrates its 30th anniversary, the recognition provides a benchmark for its role as one of the nation's five largest Medicaid health plans.
