Accessing accurate property data currently forces companies to navigate a labyrinth of varying schemas, licensing requirements, and display rules. For brokerages operating across multiple states, this often necessitates large engineering teams dedicated solely to maintaining compliance and data integrity. AnyProp resolves this by hosting and normalizing listing feeds into a single, cohesive API.
By acting as an approved vendor for major Multiple Listing Services, the platform handles the heavy lifting of backend infrastructure, including IDX, VOW, and BBO feed management. This allows firms to offload the burden of constant feed migrations and reporting obligations. According to co-founder Lawrence Zhou, the goal is to shift resources from software maintenance back to core business operations. The company, incubated by 75 & Sunny Labs, spent two years refining its product with early adopters like Pacaso, ensuring the system can handle complex search requirements such as fuzzy-address matching and geocoded property ranking.
