CND Life Sciences Opens Scottsdale Innovation Lab

The new site provides a dedicated environment for translational research and technology evaluation, allowing scientific teams to accelerate product development. By separating these R&D efforts from its CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited clinical laboratory, CND aims to sharpen its focus on identifying biomarkers for conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia with Lewy bodies. The facility is located near the company’s headquarters to facilitate collaboration between leadership and research personnel.

Chief Medical Officer Todd Levine noted that the expansion represents a commitment to long-term scientific infrastructure. According to Chief Scientific Officer Christopher Gibbons, the space will specifically support the pursuit of novel therapeutic treatments and precision diagnostics. The company, which has already processed tests for over 70,000 patients using its proprietary Syn-One Test, plans to begin full operations at the new site next week.
