The system generates a unique QR code and PIN for every child during registration, which serves as the primary credential for daily pick-ups. When an adult arrives, the staff scans the code to instantly verify the contact against the child’s authorized release list. The platform logs the name of the individual and the exact time of departure, replacing manual record-keeping with a digital audit trail. For instances where a primary guardian is absent, the software allows for profile notes or direct messaging to parents, requiring staff to confirm the identity of the unauthorized individual by sending a photo verification to the family.
Founder Asaf Darash noted that while programs often track attendance, they frequently lack visibility into family relationships or specific pick-up clearances. By shifting from paper documents to a centralized digital system, staff can manage transitions with greater speed and precision. This integration aims to remove the reliance on manual checks, providing organizers with a comprehensive view of who is inside the facility and ensuring that only pre-approved individuals gain access to students.
