Reverie at Looking Glass, situated 25 miles south of Denver, represents a deliberate push by Dream Finders Homes into the active adult lifestyle market. Although the community is not age-restricted, it is tailored toward residents seeking amenities like a clubhouse, pool, and dedicated fitness facilities. Construction is currently moving forward, with initial home sales slated for the summer and the first residents expected to move in before the end of the year.

FirstService Residential will handle comprehensive association tasks, ranging from financial oversight to daily operations. To ensure a smooth transition from the construction phase to developer turnover, the firm plans to station a full-time general manager on-site. This appointment leverages the company’s existing experience managing similar Reverie properties in Florida. Amy Bazinet, senior vice president at FirstService Residential, noted that the Colorado debut is a vital component of the company's broader effort to support Dream Finders Homes as they scale their footprint beyond the Southeast.
