Campbell arrives at the company with over 20 years of industry experience, most notably from a 13-year tenure at Dean Foods, where she managed a national sales portfolio exceeding $1 billion. She also served as Chief Revenue Officer at MALK Organics, during which time she grew the brand’s retail presence from under 1,000 to more than 12,000 locations. Ayeshah Abuelhiga, founder and CEO of Mason Dixie Foods, cited Campbell’s ability to balance startup agility with the discipline required for large-scale CPG operations as a critical asset for the company’s current growth phase.
At Mason Dixie, Campbell will focus on strengthening multi-outlet account partnerships and refining the sales organization to support the company’s clean-label product line, which includes biscuits, waffles, and breakfast burritos. The brand distinguishes itself by eschewing preservatives, artificial colors, and corn syrup, positioning itself against traditional, ingredient-heavy frozen food competitors. Board director Rob Leibowitz noted that Campbell’s track record in both established firms and insurgent brands makes her the ideal candidate to navigate the company's next stage of development.
