Stryker Debuts Surgical Planning and Reconstruction Tools at AOFAS 2026

Surgeons gathered in Seattle for the 2026 American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society Annual Meeting are getting their first look at Stryker’s latest surgical technologies, as the company expands its Prophecy surgical planning platform to the Incompass Total Ankle System and unveils the Hoffmann LRF smartHEX reconstruction suite.

The integration of Prophecy into the Incompass platform allows clinicians to utilize 3D visualization and flexible fixation options, including both resect-through and pin-through techniques. This development builds on a 14-year track record for Prophecy, which has supported over 100,000 ankle procedures. According to Adam Jacobs, vice president and general manager of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business, the move aims to provide surgeons with more comprehensive data to inform decision-making before they reach the operating room.

Beyond total ankle replacement, the new Hoffmann LRF smartHEX platform targets complex deformity correction. It introduces a modernized frame system paired with specialized planning software and a mobile application designed to bridge the gap between patient guidance and clinical execution. Stryker is showcasing these additions alongside its broader portfolio at booth #601, emphasizing a push toward more connected, technology-driven care across the patient treatment continuum.
