Faculty from Carnegie Mellon lead the instruction, covering model grounding, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and the Model Context Protocol. Participants will utilize industry-standard frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI to design secure, autonomous agents capable of executing tasks and coordinating workflows.
Krishna Kumar, CEO of Simplilearn, noted that the industry is moving past simple AI experimentation into a phase requiring systems that deliver secure, measurable outcomes. The program mandates a background in Python and machine learning, targeting software engineers and technical leads who need to bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and production-ready enterprise tools. Students will complete hands-on assignments including red-teaming exercises and the development of AI-powered helpdesks, culminating in a verified digital certificate from Carnegie Mellon.
