ISPnext and Dynatos merge to form European Source-to-Pay leader

The combined organization merges ISPnext’s cloud-based Source-to-Pay platform with the Routty e-invoicing technology developed by Dynatos. According to Gustaf Tanate, CEO of ISPnext, the move is designed to accelerate product innovation and broaden the company's regional influence. Gert-Jan de Vries, CEO of Dynatos, emphasized that the union allows the firms to pair deep implementation capabilities with a unified digital infrastructure, addressing the growing demand for comprehensive finance and procurement transformation tools.

For existing clients, the transition promises continuity, as current service agreements and project structures remain unaffected. The merger aims to provide a more robust service model by combining ISPnext’s AI-driven procurement tools with the financial automation experience of Dynatos.
