Co-Diagnostics Reaches $6.5 Million Settlement in Class Action Suit

The proposed agreement, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, names Co-Diagnostics, Inc. along with executives Dwight H. Egan and Brian L. Brown as defendants. Lead plaintiff Stadium Capital LLC initiated the action, and the court has now scheduled a fairness hearing for December 8, 2026, before Judge Arun Subramanian to determine if the terms are adequate and should be finalized.

Class members who wish to participate in the distribution of the settlement fund must submit a valid claim form by January 6, 2027. Alternatively, those who prefer to pursue independent legal action must file a formal request for exclusion by November 17, 2026.
