By integrating these assets, Crane Company expands its footprint in industrial manufacturing and municipal utility support.
Trillium Flow Technologies CEO Doug Kitani noted that the transition aims to place the TPU business under a parent better suited for its next growth phase. Management teams from both Trillium and First Reserve characterized the sale as a calculated step in their value creation strategy, intended to ensure service continuity for existing municipal clients. The transaction is slated to close later this year, pending customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as the financial advisor for the sellers, with Freshfields providing legal counsel.
