The merger arrives on the back of significant momentum for both parent organizations. Between 2021 and 2025, Hearts & Science saw billings grow by 50%, while Mediahub posted a 33% increase. According to COMvergence real-time data, Hearts United enters the market as the top-ranked agency in the U.S. for year-to-date new business, while simultaneously securing third-place rankings globally and across EMEA.
Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski described the consolidation as a strategic move to align complementary footprints under a shared focus on client growth. The agency will be led by Nicole Estebanell in the U.S. and Ross Jenkins in EMEA, with leadership appointments for the APAC and LATAM regions slated for the fourth quarter of 2026. The new network will operate on four core principles, including outcomes-oriented commercial models and the deep integration of AI into daily workflows to prioritize high-value problem solving over manual tasks.
