The initiative targets participants aged 12 to 22, tasking them with influencing product development, marketing campaigns, and community initiatives. While the Youth Council provides an intensive environment of strategy sessions and executive mentorship, the new Ambassador Programme offers a broader, scalable model. Participants in the latter role will provide trend insights via surveys and serve as local brand representatives within their schools and communities.
CEO Brieane Olson emphasized that the strategy is designed to bypass the limitations of traditional market research. By treating these groups as a co-creation platform rather than a feedback forum, the brand aims to capture the rapid shifts in youth culture. Ambassadors gain access to exclusive community tools and peer-focused discount programs, ensuring a continuous loop of influence between the brand and its youngest demographics.
