The capital will support the company’s go-to-market strategy and the onboarding of dozens of additional retail marketplaces, building upon its existing footprint with Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. Levanta’s platform currently supports a network of 90,000 vetted creators, offering brands a centralized infrastructure to manage affiliate commissions, product distribution, and sales attribution.
Larry Cheng, Founding Partner at Volition Capital, noted that the firm’s decision to reinvest follows the company’s success in building scalable infrastructure for creator-driven commerce. For CEO Ian Brodie, the funding serves as a tool to accelerate execution. Beyond technical expansion, Brodie highlighted that the round provided cash liquidity for team members, allowing employees to realize value from their contributions without waiting for a traditional exit or IPO event.
